Our journey began with a humble marquee where we served our first traditional banh mi at Lower Hutt’s Saturday Riverbank Market. Thanks to the incredible support from our customers, we were able to upgrade to our loyal food truck and also start serving at the Upper Hutt Brewtown Farmers Market on Sundays. Now, we’re thrilled to have found a permanent home with our very own shop!
